The charge for orders under €70.00 is € 5.00 .
Europe
Delivery time 5-8 business days. Free shipping for orders over 130 €. The charge for orders under 130€ is 30€
UK
Delivery time 8-15 business days. Free shipping for orders over 250 €. The charge for orders under 250€ is 40€
USA
Delivery time 8-15 business days. Free shipping for orders over 200 €. The charge for orders under 200€ is 30 €

– Deliveries outside EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility when these apply.
– Due to the new regulations, orders placed outside EU countries returns/refunds cannot be accepted due to high taxes and charges. We encourage you choose with great care the preferred size and fitting.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at pinkflamingogr@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address that will be given to you:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
