Delivery in Greece
- Delivery time: 1–3 working days.
- Cost: €5. Free delivery for orders over €70.
Delivery to the rest of Europe
- Delivery time: 5–10 working days, by tracked post.
- Cost: €20. Free delivery for orders over €130.
Delivery outside the European Union
We currently also ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery usually takes 7–20 working days by tracked post. Cost: €30. Free delivery for orders over €250. We do not deliver to other countries at the moment.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges in the country of destination. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient on or after delivery.
Good to know
- All prices include VAT. The delivery cost for your order is always shown in the basket and at checkout before you place the order.
- Delivery times are counted from dispatch. For payment by bank transfer, we dispatch once your payment has reached our account.
Returns within 14 days
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason; the details, the online withdrawal function and the model withdrawal form are on our ‘Right of withdrawal’ page.
- Tell us that you are returning items within 14 days of receiving them: use our online withdrawal function (‘Withdraw from contract’, at the bottom of every page), or email us at info@pink-flamingo.gr with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us, to: Pink Flamingo, P. Kyda 118, Myrina, Limnos 81400, Greece.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used (see ‘Refunds’ below).
Please pack the items carefully, preferably in their original packaging, and use a trackable shipping method. If possible, return them unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached; you are only liable for any loss of value caused by handling the items more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a shop).
The direct cost of returning the items is paid by you.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- earrings;
- swimwear.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described: see ‘Faulty or wrong items’ below.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, tell us when you contact us about the return. We will exchange the item if the size or colour you want is in stock; otherwise we refund you.
Refunds
We refund all payments received for the returned items, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive type of delivery than our cheapest standard delivery, we do not refund the extra cost.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same means of payment you used for the order (card, PayPal, or bank transfer for orders paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery), unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, the refund costs you nothing. We will let you know by email when your refund has been processed.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pink-flamingo.gr or +30 22540 27208, with your order number and, if possible, a photo. You are covered by the two-year legal guarantee: we will repair or replace the item free of charge or, where that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you. In this case we pay the cost of sending the item back. More on our ‘Legal guarantee’ page.
Orders delivered outside the European Union
Because of the import duties and charges involved, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of orders delivered outside the European Union. Please choose sizes and fit with care; we are happy to help with any questions before you order. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described, or any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
