Cookie policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as pixels, scripts and local storage, work in a comparable way; in this policy we call them all ‘cookies’. Some cookies are necessary for a website to work; others help us understand how the website is used or measure our advertising.
Your consent
We use only necessary cookies without asking you. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only if you agree to them in the cookie banner, which appears on your first visit. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting them, and the shop works fully either way.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the ‘Manage consent’ button shown on every page of our website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of use before the withdrawal.
Cookies we use
The cookies below are grouped by purpose. The list is kept up to date by our consent tool (Complianz), which regularly scans the website; the cookie banner’s preferences always show the current list, with durations.
Strictly necessary
These cookies make the shop work: your basket, checkout, login, security and your cookie choices. They do not need your consent.
- wp_woocommerce_session_*, woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart (WooCommerce): keep your basket and checkout session. Up to 2 days, or until you close your browser.
- woocommerce_recently_viewed (WooCommerce): remembers products you viewed recently. Until you close your browser.
- wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie, wp-settings-* (WordPress): keep you logged in to your customer account and check that your browser accepts cookies. Until you close your browser, or up to 14 days if you choose ‘Remember me’.
- yith_wcwl_session_* (YITH Wishlist): keeps the products you save to your wishlist when you are not logged in. Up to 30 days.
- trp_language (TranslatePress): where set, remembers the language you chose. The language is otherwise taken from the address (/el/ for Greek).
- cmplz_* (Complianz): store your cookie choices, so that we do not ask you again on every page. Up to 365 days.
- wfwaf-authcookie-* (Wordfence): security firewall, for logged-in users only. Up to 12 hours.
- Ally accessibility toolbar (Elementor Ltd): loads on every page so that the toolbar is always available, without waiting for your consent. If you change a display setting (for example text size or contrast), the toolbar remembers it in your browser’s local storage so that it applies on every page, until you reset it or clear your browser data.
Statistics (only with your consent)
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the shop, for example which products are viewed most, so that we can improve it.
- _ga, _ga_L4T1DZTYMW (Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd): distinguish visitors and sessions and record pages viewed. Up to 2 years.
- Jetpack Stats (Automattic Inc.): counts page views and the most viewed products. It loads a statistics script from stats.wp.com.
Marketing (only with your consent)
These cookies measure our adverts on Facebook and Instagram, help show our adverts to people who visited our shop, and record which campaign or email brought you to us.
- _fbp, _fbc (Meta Pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): measure visits and purchases resulting from our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. Up to 90 days. When you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may also read its own cookies (such as fr).
- mailchimp_landing_site, mailchimp_user_email, mailchimp_campaign_id and the Mailchimp site script (mcjs, Intuit Mailchimp): link visits and orders to our newsletter campaigns. Up to 28 days.
- sbjs_* (WooCommerce order attribution): record how you arrived at our shop (for example from an advert, a search engine or an email), so that we can see which channels lead to orders. Until you close your browser.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete cookies or block them in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the basket, checkout and login will not work.
