The Washing Process
It is essential to read the care label and follow its instructions to the letter. We suggest that you wash your viscose garments upside down to maintain the intensity of the colors.
- In the washing machine: Viscose garments must be washed at a temperature of 30° C in a cycle for delicate garments. It is recommended to wash them together with other similar garments to prevent the washing machine drum from damaging the fabric.
- By hand: Wash the garment by hand in cold or warm water, not exceeding 20° C. Immerse the garment in water with detergent and rub gently. Rinse with plenty of water.
The Drying
It is not recommended to use the dryer for viscose garments. Outdoor drying on a perch is the most advisable option. Keep in mind that viscose can change its softness on contact with water, but don’t worry: once dry, it will recover its original texture.
The Ironing
Viscose garments must be ironed upside down with a silk iron and in a wet state. For greater caution, you can place an ironing cloth between the iron and the garment. It is important not to use the steam function of the iron to avoid damaging the garment. At this stage, the viscose garment will return to its original size.
